When you contact us, we will try to learn as much as possible about your material so we can quote it accurately. We'll identify and discuss any special requirements and/or preferences you may have. Once our quote is accepted, we'll discuss available shipping options and establish an acceptable timeline.
SHIPPING
Unless you'd prefer to use your own transportation, we will:

pay any costs associated with shipping your material, and,
-
coordinate all details regarding the pickup, transport, and delivery of it.
Depending on your location, we will either send our own truck or contract with a fully-insured third party freight collect service provider. Any necessary instructions and/or documentation will be provided to you in advance of the pickup date.
When the material arrives at ReCarb, it will immediately be weighed and inspected. If needed, we'll sort and classify it. After inspection, we will inventory it and promptly issue payment by your preferred method.
